We were traveling and passing by this place. Ordered a beef teriyaki and a chicken teriyaki. Both tasted good, sauce was on point. Only thing I would change is for salad to actually be salad not just lettuce. Otherwise service was pleasant and food tasted yummy. Would recommend.
This reminded me of college stop except the price has gone up a bit. . Lots of food. Good tasting. Teriyaki sauce was a bit sweet. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki and wife ordered the Chicken Soba. She said she would order the Beef instead. Good place. We will definitely stop by instead of other fast burger place.
This is a legit teriyaki place right on Main Street. I got the regular teriyaki chicken and it comes with white rice and a goofy little side of salad which was nothing more than some iceberg lettuce chopped up with nothing else and some sort of sesame dressing. I would skip the salad in the future. They give you a ton of chicken smothered in teriyaki sausage piping hot rice. I think next time I would try something different because I forgot teriyaki sauce tends to be a little sweet for me and I would probably upgrade to all white meat even though my regular chicken didn't taste tough or have tendons or any of the weird stuff sometimes you get. I think next time I'm in I'm going to try something maybe with noodles or a fancy or rice and maybe a non-teriyaki dish all together. Plenty of parking out front and on the side.
I'm from the west side and there's not a lot of foods here in Ellensburg that comforts me the way west side food does. If you love west side spicy chicken teriyaki, this is the place to be. I always order the most amount of spice possible and its officially become my new comfort food order place. The portions are perfect! I wish there was more rice, but I'm glad there's more meat. The sauce. The flavor. I was originally sketched out at first because there weren't any Asian cooks but they really proved me.
Food is good, my husband and I give it two thumbs up! The fried rice had a good flavor, the chicken wasn't overcooked like some places and the gyoza was great.
This is a great choice for a fast on the go lunch/dinner, any leftovers can be packed for later during the day/night. Great flavors and the perfect balance of veggies and proteins. It's definitely not an authentic chicken Yakisoba compare to what you would get in Japan, but for what it's worth, its definitely satisfying
